Supplier Accepts Sales Order
Edit and View Sales Order access is required.
Step 1
Navigate to Dashboard, select Sales Orders on the Side Navigation Menu.
Click Edit.

Step 2
Update fields as needed. All updates are not visible to the Customer until you Accept this Order.
Section 1 - Primary Details
Accept by Date - Accept Sales Order by this date.
Confirm Ship by Date - Confirm ship by date requested from Customer.
Invoice Due Date - Expected Invoice due date.
Tax Rate - Set tax rate, if applicable.
Discount - Confirm applied discount, if applicable.
Main Contact - Select contact from Account.

Add note as needed. Customer can also view and update this note during any Order status.

Section 5 - Terms
View Customer's Terms and update your Terms as needed.

Step 3
Click Save, Accept, or Deny to finalize. Saved updates will not be seen by the Customer until you Accept. An email notification will be sent to the Customer once you decide to Accept or Deny this order.

Once accepted, only the Supplier may continue to make updates to an Order. You will need to communicate with your Customer and update as needed.
