How do I update a Customer?

Step 1

Navigate to Dashboard, select Customers on the Side Navigation Menu.

Click Edit.

Step 2 - Account Data

Account data for Connected Customers are automatically synced. Sit back and relax.

Account data for Pending or Disconnected Customers require manual maintenance.

Step 3 - Address

Account addresses for Connected Customers are automatically synced. Again, no effort needed.

Account data for Pending or Disconnected Customers require manual maintenance.

Step 4 - Assigned Catalog

Define Listing access for this Customer by assigning a Catalog.

Step 5

Save updates by clicking Save.

Customer Terms are view only and available for Connected Customers.
