# How do I delete a User?

### **Step 1**&#x20;

Navigate to Settings Dashboard, select <mark style="color:blue;">**Users**</mark> on the Side Navigation Menu.

You may only delete a User with status Pending. This is when a new User is added but prior to their email confirmation.

Toggle User Options menu and select <mark style="color:yellow;">**Delete**</mark>.

### **Step 2**&#x20;

Confirm Delete. Subscription charges will be immediately prorated and this user email will not be restricted from creating Accounts.
