Is there a Trial Period?

There is a 14-day free trial of the Premium Plan when you sign up for a new Account. During these 14 days, you may use any feature and add Users as needed. You don't need to add your payment information.

At the end of the 14-day trial period, your Account will automatically be converted to the Lite Plan. You will no longer access paid features or users created during the trial period. You don't need to do anything. There is no risk.

If you continue on the Premium or Standard plan, you must add your payment info and actively choose a plan.
