{% hint style="warning" %} **Edit and View** Subscription access is required.
{% endhint %}

### **Step 1**

Navigate to Settings Dashboard, select **Subscription** on the Side Navigation Menu, and select Close tab.

Please provide feedback and select **Deactivate**. You will retain access to your Account until the end of your current cycle. At the end of the cycle, all of your data will be deleted and your Account emails will be restricted from signing on again.

{% hint style="info" %}
You can always downgrade to the forever free Lite Plan so you can continue working with your Customers and Suppliers without disruption. You can also reactivate your Account prior to the end of cycle if you change your mind.
